This conversion is developed through a series of consecutive phases that convert the initial liquid pulp into real paper.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row spaced\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n<div class=\"juxtapose-container three\">\n<div class=\"juxtapose\"><\/div>\n<ul class=\"titoli size-11 row\">\n \t<li class=\"one col-sm-2\">Drainage<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"two col-sm-1\">Press<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"three col-sm-3\">Pre Drying<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"four col-sm-3\">Post Drying<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"five col-sm-1\">Calendering<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"six col-sm-2\">Winding and Reeling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"sottotitoli size-11 row\">\n \t<li class=\"one col-sm-1\">The pulp is distributed through the headbox on the flat table. Here the separation of the water part (99%) and the fibrous part of the pulp takes place.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"two col-sm-1\">The separation phase continues in the press. At the end of which the fiber content as compared to the water content is approximately 50%.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"three col-sm-1\">In this phase the water content in the paper sheet decreases to 25% allowing for a controlled drying span for every type of product.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"four col-sm-1\">In this phase the water content in the paper sheet falls to 3%. At the end of this drying process the paper sheet reaches the required level of humidity in order to ensure an outstanding product without any residual stiffness.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"five col-sm-1\">The sheet is crushed between 2 rollers, the first one is soft and the secondi s a high surface finish one. At the end of this process the paper sheet has all the surface qualities required in order to guarantee an outstanding level of printability.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"six col-sm-1\">The paper is wrapped around poles with a maximum weight of approximately 500-600 kilograms and a maximum size of 280 cm. The paper is then handled by the Winding Machine, where the reels are prepared according to the Client\u00eds request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row spacedless\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-6\">\n<h1 class=\"size-30\">Quality is our main objective.<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-lg-4\">\n<p class=\"size-15\">We are able to develop a flawless sheet thanks to a precise
